Dan was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland. After attending Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Wheaton, Maryland (now Olney, Maryland), he graduated from the University of Maryland with degrees in Philosophy and Political Science. Dan received his law degree, cum laude, from Widener University – Delaware Law School. Following law school, Dan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth S. Clark, Jr. and Rosemary B. Beauregard of the Court of Common Pleas of the State of Delaware in and for Sussex County.
Dan concentrates his practice in real estate law and estate planning. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
Dan, his wife, Megan, and their two daughters reside in Ocean View, Delaware, where they enjoy kayaking, playing tennis, and family trips to the beach.
