Susan D. Renehan

Sue is originally from Catonsville, Maryland, but moved to West Fenwick, Delaware in 1991. After spending over nine years working for two of the largest real estate law firms in Southern Delaware, Sue accepted a settlement coordinator position with Carl M. Freeman Communities. She’s worked at Scott and Shuman since its opening in November of 2003. In addition to being title services manager, Sue is also the current lead settlement coordinator for construction closings with NVHomes and Ryan Homes. Sue is a loyal fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens, and she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her grandsons in her spare time.
